DWBR 104.3 Business Radio
Located in the heart of old broadcast city is the country's one and only Business Radio, DWBR 104.3.
Government-owned and operated Business Radio is one of five radio stations of the Philippine Broadcasting Service.
BR houses specialized programming catered to the business-oriented audiences. It plays a variety of Jazz standards, as well as, Classical, Broadway and OPM Contemporary music everyday and also features specialty shows on public service, comprehensive news and special commentaries on current events. Manned by some of the most seasoned broadcasters in the industry, BR has managed to receive the dubious distinction of setting itself apart from all other stations on the FM band.
One show, in particular, sums up its eclectic programming is the station's live coverage of the Philippine Stock Exchange floor, where businessmen can tune to find out the latest about the
dealings in the National Economy. One could say BR takes in the best of both worlds, with nice and easy music accompanied by some of the best talk shows ever produced.
And that is why BR has managed to become the epitome of Philippine broadcasting at its best. |
