DWLL 94.7 Mellow Touch The FBS Radio Network, Inc. was founded in February 1973, with its flagship station, Mellow Touch 94.7 operating in Metro Manila. In the mid-1990's, FBS has expanded into key southern cities and central Luzon. Added to the two original Manila stations, DWLL-FM and DWBL-AM, are FM stations in Cebu, Davao, Cagayan de Oro, Iloilo and Dagupan. All provincial stations carry the Mellow Touch name and play the same music formula, although tailored to suit different provincial markets. The vision of FBS is to provide listeners with the best music in the industry while offering relevant news and information: a constant companion to the listening crowd through their daily lives. Our corporate philosophy is to ensure total customer service to clients, and to conduct business in the most professional and ethical way.
